In addition to their regular day-to-day duties, two officers of the Easthampton Police Department also serve in the capacity of Veterans Affairs Liaison Officers.IMG 2761
 
Officer Robert Pouska and Detective Ryan Murphy work in collaboration with our Veterans Council, the American Legion, the VFW, the Veteran's Administration and other social service agencies to ensure that our veterans get all of the support and services they need.

When a call for service involves a veteran, Officer Pouska and Detective Murphy are the go-to officers, are assigned to the case if available, and will conduct follow-ups. 

Both Armed Forces Veterans, Officer Pouska served with the United States Navy and Detective Murphy served with the United States Marine Corps. Through interagency collaboration and dedication to service, both officers are committed to assisting our veterans who currently serve, or have served our great nation.
